Welcome to Momenttuns (“Momenttuns,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Momenttuns.com (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
1. Nature of the Platform
Momenttuns operates as a global online directory and marketplace for event vendors, organizers, and individuals. The Platform provides:
- Vendor profiles and listings
- Event promotion tools
- Free RSVP event management
- Subscription-based services for vendors
Momenttuns does not process payments for vendor services. Subscription payments for Platform features are managed exclusively through PayPal. Momenttuns does not store payment information.
2. Role and Responsibilities of Momenttuns
Momenttuns acts solely as an intermediary directory and connection platform. We do not participate in vendor-user transactions or guarantee the performance, legality, or accuracy of any listing.
Momenttuns assumes no responsibility for:
- Service quality
- Vendor reliability
- Event cancellations, modifications, or disputes
- Damages or losses arising from user interactions
3. User Accounts
All users must register using a valid email address and complete email verification. Vendors must complete additional verification steps before being displayed in the directory.
We reserve the right to approve, decline, modify, or remove accounts at our discretion.
4. Subscription Plans
Momenttuns offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans may grant additional features, including extended exposure, extra upload limits, and higher RSVP guest capacity.
5. User-Generated Content
Users may upload events (free RSVP), products, services, and posts (“Stories”).
All content must comply with U.S. law. Illegal products or services are strictly prohibited.
Although Momenttuns reviews published content, the user is solely responsible for:
- Accuracy and legality
- Copyright compliance
- Business claims
- Misrepresentation or damages caused
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited:
- Posting illegal products or services under U.S. law
- Fraudulent, abusive, or misleading behavior
- Uploading copyrighted material without rights
- Spam or automated scraping
7. Intellectual Property
All Platform design, trademarks, systems, and content belong to Momenttuns.
Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant Momenttuns a non-exclusive global license to display it on the Platform.
8. DMCA Policy
If you believe copyrighted material has been improperly posted, you may submit a DMCA takedown request to:

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Momenttuns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Momenttuns from any claims arising from your use of the Platform, uploaded content, violations of law, or breaches of these Terms.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or harmful behavior.
13. Modifications
Momenttuns may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in full effect.
